Reliable NTSC Skin

Hi all,

Does anyone knows a reliable skin to NTSC TV system?
PAL system causes pixels flicker and NTSC is ok but causes menus and infobox extend out of the screen.
I tried some skins until get my box dead, now 15 days later I got my db back to life (dream up + null cable) and needing a reliable ntsc skin.
I'm using Darkstar II and Nabilo Download Manager >> Nabilo Image Skins don't specify the tv system the skin was done for (eg. ntsc or pal).
So if someone had a similar problem and want to share I will apreciate that.

on amazon.com there is a box that converts pal to hdmi. it costs about $80.00.
we have theste this out with 10 americans and it works verry well.
we took a pal signal using rca sinch cables and hdmi out and it worked on a american tv.
