I purchased a Silvercrest 35 satellite receiver at a local LIDL market in Italy. I am now trying to change the remote control to a Cobra universal remote control that recognizes four different devices, i.e. TV, VCR, SAT and DVD.
My problem is that the Cobra does not recognize the Silvercrest . The Cobra user manual has many three digit codes for a long list of various satellite receivers but the list does not include Silvercrest.
Can you help me resolve this problem. Perhaps you can provide me with the three digit code.

Does the manual include a code for Comag?

Tevion is, I believe, of similar provenance as well.
 
Does the Remote Telecommander have a Code Search feature? This can be tedious, but generally works - eventually!

Otherwise, try codes like 01232, 01412, 01409, 01672.

Too many Digits, but as they all start with 01, perhaps omit that?

'It does not have a Comag nor a Tevion.
 
It does have a search feature. However it went through its entire search - yes it was long - but did not find the receiver. That's when I went to the user guide to get the code but did not find it.

I tried 037, 556, 232, 412,409 and 672. However, the remote control did not recognize the Silvercrest receiver.
