remote control conflict relook 400s

I believe I have a remote control conflict between the relook 400s remote and my tv. When I press the "file list" button my tv switches to channel 2, while if I press the channel 2 button on my tv the relook does not respond. (the remote is on STB mode ... ).
Is anyone kind enough to answer this?
