Remote problem

Having just had my digibox replaced, the remote control isn't responding quite right anymore.

I have a Toshiba 32W8DB tv, which the remote worked prefectly with before. Now with the replacement box, the remote is messing up when the tv guide button is pressed!.

Basically, when tv guide is pressed, the tv goes over to BBC1 on the aerial pictures, but if I press "tv" on the sky remote BEFORE pressing tv guide then I can access it ok. The SKY button also switches over to BBC1 now, seems very strange....
