Mary Travers, of Peter, Paul and Mary fame has died from Leukemia at the age of 72.

Best known Songs "Leaving On A Jet Plane" (Just played on BBC Radio 2) and "Puff The Magic Dragon" (overtly a Children's Song with some not so hidden psychedelic drug overtones) and the iconic "If I had a hammer".

Yep, another piece of history has gone, loved their music, RIP Mary.
 
Yes, RIP Mary. BBC4 showed a recording of one of their concerts earlier this year, unfortunately I didn't record it. Maybe it'll be shown again in the near future.
