sorry if it is a silly question but i am not up to date with satellite systems

thanks tony

Yes, Hotbird is an easy catch.

But which Channels are you particularly interested in (So we can rule in/out any other potential constraints)?

hi m8 no Channels in particular i was thinking for the reason for channal hopping and curious as to whats on there.
A m8 of mine has a old hotbird system an i am always hopping threw ovesly i have no idea on what is being sead on the foreign chanels.
if it is posseble to get it ok with this ross system.
my girlfreind got the system at xmas for me so was going to have a play about with it if that makes sence

If it's the 60cm then no problem with Hotbird.

Take your pick of channels from the URL below but be aware most of the decent stuff will need a foreign subscription.

Yes indeed - you can play to your heart's content.

Also try other strong Satellites like Astra 1 at 19.2E (mainly German), Atlantic bird 3 at 5W (French) and Hispasat at 30W (Spanish).

After that lot, there's yet more ............. !!

many thanks for the replies guys its sounds like there is a lot of stuf out there i will get it set up and have a play around will let u all know how i get on
