Rover ST-2 Software help

Hi,

I have recently brought a Rover ST-2 meter and lastnight tried to update the firmware using the SMART software of the website.

I did everything it says to do and now i just get a blank green screen and nothing is working.

Any help would be appreciated wish i had never bothered now.

Are there any reset's you can do etc? :mad:

Cheers, Rob couldn't solve it with anything over the phone but he did have a good go, so im posting it off to him today if he can't fix it then its going on holiday to italy :-ohcrap
