Yes, RTL Télé Lëtzebuerg and Chamber TV is moving from 19.2 E to this position as from today, August 1. 2009.
The RTL tv channel is finally broadcasting 24 hours a day on satellite. Till now the satellite output has only been on 18.00-01.00, with an Astra test card filling rest of the time.
RTL Radio Lëtzebuerg has also appeared on the same transponder. This channel has not been present on satellite before.
I do not know if the tv transmissions will stay FTA or become part of a pay-tv operator.
As far as I know the transmissions on 19.2 E will continue until the end of the year.
