Serbian international service. Dont know how long this one has been here, I just noticed it on Lyngsat - its not listed on KoS of Flysat.
Its usingt he RTV label and has a rather horribly low bit rate of around 1500kbps so dissolves into blokko-vision when the picture gets busy.
