With the GTMedia Combo the blindscan identifies the transponder as being as 12566MHz, using the BullsEye LNB outside.

Maybe local oscillator in your LNB is a little bit shifted?

Weird to be using BISS these days. Lots of English language content on there.
I notice that MTV80s is sending the wrong aspect ratio info, it’s cropping the top and bottom for me.
The age ratings/warnings are GIGANTIC.

It's warning that there are scenes of smoking and that smoking is harmful to health. I'm not sure if it's just there all the time in case someone smokes.

I have been wondering what the words mean myself. We need someone to scan it with their phone and translate. There's an app folk use to understand menus when abroad. It should work for this application!

Этот контент содержит курения. Курение вредно для эдоровья.

Via Google Translate...

Cyrillic to Latin - Etot kontent soderzhit kureniya. Kureniye vredno dlya zdorov'ya.
English - This content contains smoking. Smoking is harmful to health.
Greek - Αυτό το περιεχόμενο περιέχει κάπνισμα. Το κάπνισμα είναι επιβλαβές για την υγεία.

Link below is useful for typing in Russian Cyrillic letters that can then be copied & pasted elsewhere. Slow (at least at first), but it works.

Thank you, quite strange to have the MTV channels tagged permanently with these ugly ass signs, but anyway... my initial thoughts were that these warnings were somehow connected to Russia's anti-LGBTQ laws, I wouldn't be surprised.

These warnings are all over the place on VIP movie channels as well. Not sure why...

Russian media reporting the Paramount/MTV channels will go off air in Russia tomorrow: https://tass.com/economy/1439341
I’ll wonder what happens to the feeds here.

Edit to add: I wonder if it's to do with needing to provide a feed to Central Asia since some channels have a Kazakh feed and there's plenty of Russian-speakers outside of Russia.

The shutdown didn't appear to happen in Russia. There were several articles about it but channels remain on air.

The MTV/Paramount channels appear to have gone off the air in Russia.
TV Channels shows their replacements on one provider, mostly with Russian channels.

They’re still on 36e, but the schedules only go up to tomorrow so we’ll see what happens. Granted, channels like Nickelodeon have a Kazakh audio so they’re not just for Russia.

I caught a bumper of MTV “Russia” today; however the time zones given are for Almaty (Kazakhstan) and Tbilisi (Georgia) only. Presumably they’re keeping the Russian versions of channels going for contractual reasons or maybe it’s a decent moneymaker for them in Eastern Europe / Western Asia.

I caught a similar one from Paramount Comedy too with the same timezones, with the addition of Moldova.

I'd guess the latter. In these countries there's still presumably a very high percentage of people who can understand Russian to a good degree, and so it's probably most cost effective to provide one version of these channels in Russian that providers can carry, even though they no longer serve Russia itself.

The cynic in me wonders if they're only BISS encrypted so they can say that they're encrypted and thus Russian providers are blocked from carrying them, but they can turn a blind eye to people in Russia decrypting the weak encryption and watching them.
