I agree, it appears that there are things that ProgDVB and capi can do and cannot do, and these are not the same as what MyTheatre and capi can and cannot do.
Unfortunately I can only run ProgDVB as it's the only viewer (so far as I am aware) with a Nokia 9200 / 9500 compatible plug in device.

The latest situation with ProgDVB and the Nokia 9500 is that T@S and Multiviz cannot be decoded by Capi, S2Emu or Emunation. (even with the latest keys and firmware), but I have had limited success (so far) with the latest VPlug.

I'm getting them no problem with S2emu 1.1.3.1 and s*ftCAM with the new 08 key in Via2... :) ART also... :D

The latest is version 5, some streams are a bit blocky, while others are clean (no change there then!)
If your card hasn't got an on-board de-scrambling chip then decryption is done by software, this is very processor hungry.
It's interesting in that it has a built in ECM calculator tool - worth a look!
Claims to handle Via 1/2, T@SCrypt1/2, Seeca1 and Niagra1.

Not sure on it's capabilities / limitations, I'm in the process of a complete channel update at the moment.
