s_x view channels scrambled

My Satellite Setup
Satellite is motorised & consists of:
1m Dish a Panasonic Sky Digibox which connects to a Manhattan Plaza 500 enabling me to move different satellites. As well as my Sky viewing card (for the digibox) i have a Irdeto cam and card for s_x View

would like to know if any one else is having trouble viewing the 12 channel package from s_x view??
For the past 20 days or so all the 12 channels have been scrambled. Have emailed the channel numerous times to inform them of this but they dont or wont reply. Would appreciate any help or suggestions. Thank you.
My system consists of the following:

s_x View is still being broadcast on Hotbird 13E, 12360 H 27500, and they are currently open using the Diablo Cam, although they have changed their CAID to 0610.
Try deleting the channels and rescanning them into your receiver.
 
does anybody know if there are any s_x channels open on digitv,canal+
 
There are a few but mostly broadcasting later at night, like TV 1000, check the guides for a full list of available channels:
