I'm scanning the correct frequencies for Israeli FTA channels (Ch 1,2,10,33) but my SAB Explorer PVR SC isn't finding the channels. Does the receiver need flashing to be able to recieve these channels? Are the Israeli frequencies too low to receive them on this receiver? Please help.
I also tried to factory reset this reciever but it is asking me for a code and the default code of 0000 does not work. Any ideas?
