I have a satellite DTR 94160S HD. I can record and export videos from sat.
But I can't read it on my PC.
The files are video.ts and video.vdbsag.

Can you help me

Try VLC player.

If VLC Player does not work, close VLC Player, then try downloading the K-Lite Mega Codec Pack 5.8.3.

You might have to use Classic Media Player with the K-Lite Mega Codec Pack 5.8.3. It is provided as part of the Codec Pack.
