KoS has this down as a new channel, although I remember a Sahar 2 operating on 13E until about 3 or 4 years ago. Currently transmitting a programmme in English, although KoS has it flagged as Arabic, with a screen cap saying its in Urdu!
The two Sahar labels seem to be reversed atm - Sahar 1 is carrying Sahar 2 and vice versa
