Not working here

I spent a few days at Inchon (a few miles West of Seoul) Korea, and was amazed at how much could be carried on the small scooters and bikes that are now necessary to bypass the jams.

I will try to find some photos, but I recall such things as 8 calor gas bottles, three fence posts (the concrete variety), fence panels (over there they are about 6' x 4') and even another scooter.
