Actress Sally Kellerman has died aged 84.
In films and TV over many decades, Sally was in episodes of Star Trek, Twilight Zone and The Outer Limits to name a few ( just watched the last named tonight in which she appeared).
Oscar nominated for her role as "Hot Lips" Houlihan in the movie M*A*S*H.
