Advice Needed Samsung H6400 Blank screen Issue.

Hi, on the off chance anyone knows how to fix this it would be much appreciated.

i have a UE40H5400 Samsung LED TV and i am experiancing an issue where i turn the tv on and it displays the samsung logo no issues, the screen then goes blank with the backlight on and all the buttons on the remote do is make the red light flash.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Can you get anywhere operating the buttons on the T V?
 
No the buttons do nothing but flash the red power LED.
 
It could be a software issue. TV might need to be reprogrammed. Call Tech for reprogramming.
