Hello,
Is possible to use as an input for ODR modulator, the data received from satellite DAB transmissions with all the information provided there (stations, MOT, DLS etc.) and send it to SDR board for tx ?

I want to create micro dab mux with data from satellite dab streams, not from internet streams.
I have installed dab-scripts on a raspberry pi4b and works well with internet streams in encoder manager configuration.
I have ordered an TBS 5930 which is on the way and want to get ready untill I receive the board.
TBS board will be connected to raspberry pi.
SDR board used for tx: Hackrf.

Any help in how to do that will be appreciated.

@satesco @Adam792 @everyone

Thank you!

I have to tell you that I don't deal with DAB scripts and even less with sharing radio streams (sorry, I lack time).
But recently, after reinstalling some software on Ubuntu, I checked some DAB streams, and all the ones reported so far on different satellites are working.

However, you should also know that you can run these streams for DAB+ NRK at 1.0W only with stid135 chip(6903x/6909x) cards; others don't.
I have tried dvb cards with Silab and M88rs606060-based DAB NRK, and they don't work, which was known by those who have tried them before.

Without discouraging you, I don't think with the 5930 tuner, you can decode DAB at 1.0W.
And if you still have such a device, say from Digital, it's good to know that the signal has to be above 8dB for the stream to run well.

Nobody knows the commands needed to feed the mux from satellite to sdr board for transmitting ?

Have you seen this thread by Adam792?

What software sould I use to stream the dab mux from satellite and receive it in linux with eti tools ?
I installed the tbs board on windows with EBS pro software but it does not have the option to stream.
I saw option to stream on TS Analyzer screen shots on forums but where is available ?

Also, I installed the tbs board to linux, raspberry pi, and when I try this to listen by this command for Scotland DAB on 9E, this is the result.

$ dvbstream -f 12092000 -s 27500 1063 -p H -o | ts2na -s 12 -p 1063 | na2ni | ni2out --list
INFO: Using pid: 0x0474 (1140)

Not able to lock to the signal on the given frequency
dvbstream will stop after -1 seconds (71582788 minutes)

Streaming 2 streams
^CCaught signal 2 - closing cleanly.

I tried with different frequences and PID s.
I am not shure that the PID is good.
Attached ascreen shoot from EBS pro
Let's take example for D1 Scotland in attached picture.
Wich is the good PID to be use, PID 277, SID1166, PCR PID 8191 or ES PID 1065 ??

@satesco @everyone

Thank you!

This is the screen shoot that I was refering.
Is this what I need to stream the data from satelit and to listen in eti tools ?
What software have this TS Analyzer ?

TransEdit is part of DVBViewer - DVB viewer home

In the Linux environment it is possible to use eg. Tsduck for analyse - TSDuck
There are various utilities that can stream in a Linux environment.

$ dvbstream -f 12092000 -s 27500 1063 -p H -o | ts2na -s 12 -p 1063 | na2ni | ni2out --list

I'm not sure if he actually sends 22 kHz for switching to the high band
22kHz tone=off vs tone ON

last version dvbstream 0.8.2

Thank you @EnoSat

So, from your attached picture as an example, I will select D1 Scotland and press Stream ?

What is the correct PID use ?

1166, 277, 8191 or 1065 ?

DAB+ streams are available and running only under Linux.
Install this OS and then install Eti-tools.

I haven't yet tried the WSL Ubuntu system under Windows, which Adam792 presented here-#22.

I understand.
What do you thing about the error I received using dvbstream command ?

And what PID is used from the 4 above ? ES PID is the one to use ?

etitools requires pid 1065
As for dvbstream, I would first try or store some data
Code:
dvbstream -f 12092000 -p H -s 27500 -S -m 8 -T -L 1 -P 2 -o:"tuner.ts"
Another problem is about switching the card from DVB-S to DVB-S2 and maybe even 22 kHz

I installed dvbstream from your link because I had older version.
But command is not recognized I beleve because I did not change the path in makefile.

I do not understand to what path is referrig in readme file.

"Just type "make" to compile (you may need to change the path to the
DVB include files in the first line of the Makefile)."

Any ideea what is about ?

I've checked DAB D1 UK-pid 1062 and DAB SDL National UK-pid-1063 at 9.0E, and as you can see, both streams running, of course, under Linux.
The command lines are as before:

-tune-s2 12092 H 27500 -system DVB-S2 -modulation 8PSK -lnb UNIVERSAL -adapter 0
-dvbstream -f 12092 -f 27500 1062 -p H -o | ts2na -s 12 -p 1062 | na2ni | dablin_gtk
-dvbstream -f 12092 -s 27500 1063 -p H -o | ts2na -s 12 -p 1063 | na2ni | dablin_gtk

@satesco
Can you share please the commnad line for DAB Italia on 11727 V 30000 from 9 E with dvbstream and dablin_gtk ?

I think the transmission is different than DAB UK.
Thank you!
