Satellite list not found

I sort of reseted my dm500 and now its reseted !
my dm500 came with default settings for the satellite i connect to in malaysia..
now the satellite name is not shown in the list of satellites at satellite configuration..
how come?

i did tick the satellite shown in satellite.xml file. but it still doesnt load the xml file.
only show satelites in other countries~

You'll need scan the satellite. Are you using a motorised dish?

um.. nope.. its not a motorish dish.. its a fixed dish..
I've already fixed the correct position before i reset to factory settings.
But its not there..

Which satellite is it you are after?
If it doesnt exist in satellites.xml, then make a new satellites.xml ant the site below, then upload it to the dreambox.

thaicom satelite..

its in the xml list but not available at satelite configuration where it shows the degree of the satelite..
