I have a Horizon HDTM plus meter for sale , this is less that 6 months old (not a scratch on it) im looking for 300ish euro for it, with mains charger and car charger, never seen a wet day or abused, under warranty.
I also have a smartmeter s10 which is the same condition etc as the horizon, im looking around the same for it, or both for 580 euro
