would I need a motorised system? I'm about 20miles from Dublin, Ireland... Would a 2.4m Prime focus + 1.5 motorised do for most?

You would get most of those on a motorised Sky dish .

Apart from Nilesat - a 2.4m probably isnt big enough for that one

Oh and the east beam of Turksat - forget that one completely.

Not a bad price for what is on offer. My only concern would be the quality of the dish, check it's a genuine product and not a cheap aftermarket import.

That all looks fine for what you will be needing. But the dish is at the limit of what the motor can handle weight wise so be sure to site it any from high winds if possible and use a 2" steel pole and t and k brackets..

Triax do a 110cm worth considering or search for Gibertini; both are pretty much of good quality / build. The Gib 104cm performs excellent.

Not cheap but are well respected on the forum. Given your location, I would certainly recommend a decent 100cm.

I can pull-in most of that bar Nilesat with a 1m in Dublin.
