Mainly the Optus birds I think - channels can be found here, but I believe most of the interesting stuff is scrambled.

You can also try satbeams.com it will show you footprint coverage maps for the Asia satellites.

The furthest western satellite that one could possibly view from Australia is positioned at 45 East. It would be on the West Coast only though, near Perth.
On the other side (around the Canberra region) it should be possible to see satellites from around 110 West (250 East) or greater.
The above assumes that any footprint beams are positioned above the country and the satellites providing signal are not obscured by buildings or the topography down to the nearest beach.
