I bought a second hand satlook digi nit which I am trying to get to grips with, the firmwear needs updating but I'm waiting for a lead. The problem I have is when I look at the the version installed is says nit modual- NO I thought all these meters had nit??? any advise welcomed including setting up dish with this meter... thks

Satlook digital comes with NIT and without NIT module.

It seems your version is an earlier revision which didn't have NIT module.

What is the manufacturer date when you go into details menu?

There is no problem upgrading to 2.31 even without NIT, just follow the instruction when you start the program.

thks for the reply, the meter is marked as satlook digital nit, manufacture date 2004-01-02 version 02-24
cant get to grips with it yet think I need more time!!!!
