Hi, I have a problem with the meter SATLOOK + Micro Devices firmware upgraded and everything went like a nice update for the progress reached to 100% but then jumped out the message: Error while downloading ERROR - NON HEX CHARACTER Please try again ...
 
Hi, are you sure you loaded the correct firmware file for the meter? If you've an older version, try loading that back first.
