Hi I have a Force DMaster Sat system and a Infinity Usb Phoenix compatible programmer & a Titanium Blue card with os 1.06. I am want to watch Scandinavian & spanish Tv but I have tried loading conex hex files onto the card but it still says no access. as I am new at this I would be grateful for any help.
