My Home Cinema system is a JVC DVD Digital Cinema System reference:- TH-P3 which has a SCART connection but NOT Optical. (as attached)

My other television is a Samsung UE49KS8000 TXXC which has an Optical connection but NO Scart connection.............so is there anything I can buy that will allow me to hear my Home Cinema 5:1 sound speakers using my Samsung TV.

Your help is appreciated, as always thanks. :Y:Y

There are optical-in to cinch-out converters of course. I have one (Marmitek DA21) from Samsung TV to stereo amp. But I suppose only plain stereo is supported.

Bluetooth out, to your mobile/tablet (on permanent charge for a 3 hour movie), then the good old 3.5mm jack line out to the amplifier ?
Compensated for the significant delay of course.
