when i goto free to air channel then back to sky i have to reboot box can anyone help please?

If you use an official skybox and card, you wont have this problem.

Please remember that we are a UK based forum and you are asking us to help you defraud the UK's biggest pay tv service from their legitimate subscription revenue.

I assure you that Sky can afford much more expensive lawyers than any of our staff can and none of us have any wish to spend time in the local clink just so you can watch some cheap TV.

If you want guaranteed service then ask Sky to sell you a proper subscription.

If you dont want to pay that then be prepared for issues with the receiver.
