searching for listings problem

My Satellite Setup
3 smallish dishes andaccess to 1 very big one.(7w, 13e,19e, 28.2e, 27.5w)
TM 5402hd,dm500s,vu+solo, pc,laptop,tablet,smartphone. Smartmeter S1 (since someone robbed my satcatcher excel tv mk4)) emitor micro HD. very old promax explorer

Have a s#y receiver connected to a 1 mtr dish in fuerteventura (only interested in south beams) and whilst all the channels are being received fine whenever access the program guide it comes up with searching for listings....sometimes it eventually gives the epg, othertimes not. Dish, lnb etc are new and alignment looks fine and no pixellation on channels.

any tips or hints to resolve this much appreciated
 
Which frequency do you have for your default transponder?
 
12051 but am going to change to 12207 and see what happens.
 
Try tuning something in on "Other Channels". It doesn't matter what as long as you can receive it - try "ITV1 Central E" on 11973 V. Whenever you get the problem you have described, go Services - Other Channels and then choose the stored channel. The system should then recover within a few minutes. Note: you will only get the next 12 hours EPG with a small dish in your location.
