seca picard programing

echostar 3000, phoenix programmer, picard 2.1 software. 2 chip card.
Try as i might i can't get D+ to work. I've got ident 010 and the latest keys for oct. However i havent got the thing to work at all, have tried since august codes.

Can anyone offer any clues. The other packages seem to work fine with the same equipment and programming.

which channel are you tuning to?
D+ reallocated many channels/transponders a few months ago. Are you sure your receiver doesn't simply need retuning?
In any event, retune (eg new network TP search) and re-try.
If that doesn't work let us know here.
