You don't have a signal or a card - so how can it be important?

I don't understand why people cannot give *full context* to what they are asking about, rather than having to squeeze out every bit of information. State the situation, state the problem, state what you want to know and why and then maybe *if* anyone has anything useful to add you'll get a cohesive reply.

Does your neighbor live near Moscow?

PS: If your neighbor really had a card, a receiver and a signal, you would take a picture at his place and not post pictures you find on the Internet.

No idea where you get the idea Luxembourg is transmitting their satellite channels in Griffin - they arent
