These pdf's make interesting reading. It shows which birds SES expect to still have in service in 2014

I find it hard to believe SES still expect to have the exceedingly elderly Astra 1C still in service - she will be 21 in 2014!
Astra 1D seems to have disappeared (too many trips back and forward around the arc?)

2A & 2B are slated for redeployment - Ive seen a report 2A will go to 2E once shes no longer required at 28E
 
Looking at the 2014 map, they say that 1C will be inclined, so probably not going to last much longer before it's decommissioned and sent up into the graveyard... :confused:

That's assuming that none are killed off by the doomsayer's solar death flares... :-rofl2
