Set a serialnr? (marriage)

Hi!

I'm new to this and I hope it's okey to ask newbie questions...

I'm searching for a CAM that can make it possible to get around the "marriage" that my service provider has made. I received a box when I signed the subscription and it's "paired". I'm unable to use it in my HTPC. I really like to send the box I got with the subscription in the bin. :)

The service provider use Videoguard (NDS) and Conax.

I've found some information that it looks like the Dragon CAM/T-Rex can handle NDS and I will be able to add my box serial number to the cam. Is this correct? Does it work the same way for Conax or is this separate?

When I read through the forum I got the feeling that the Diablo Light would be a better solution. I can't find if the Diablo can handle NDS and the marrage. Would it?

Thanks. I missed that thread.

I like to use a CAM instead of SoftCAM. I understand that Dragon/T-Rex can handle NDS and be able to use my paired serial number. But can Diablo Light do the same?

Everyone are talking about NDS and a paired serial number but does it work on Conax too? Here they use that. :-DOH!
