Setanta on old ondigital box

I have an old on digital box with card reader slot.Can i use a setanta card in it

ondigital is exactly the same as freeview
is your setanta card for s*y or freeview
if its for the latter one then yes it will work

Thanks for the info.I have not actually bought a card yet.I didn't want to pay for a cam for the telly if I could do it like this
