setting cryptkey failed

Hey guys, i want some info on why i am getting this error (Setting Cryptkey Failed) when programming the tit card. The crypt hex is from boxter. I have CR3 and need this if i want ppv... please help
 
I'm trying to load CKey.Hex from boxters AU, and apparently i have been told that Without loading the cryptkey the PPV won’t work. I’m in a Docsis area (ex C&W) with DI4000. If there's an other way please help.
 
WE dont do much with cable systems on this satellite forum - you really need to find a dedicated cable forum.
