Ihave not a clue how to connect up and to what,
to digi box or the telly or both, came with just
power lead and controller.thanks

I used to have one of these, but did not retain the instruction book, the tuning frequencies are not the transmitted frequencies, but the IF (converted frequencies), otherwise the setup is pretty straightforward.

What is your dish pointing at?

If it is ex Sky digital, then you won't find anything in analogue, you will have to move it around to the west by a few degrees.
