Hi

I am about to install my old motor at my friends house, but I can't find the original instructions. I would probably be able to do the installation without it, but I would like to give it to my mate so that he knows all about it.

Does someone have a scan of the instructions I could download and print?

Thanks, TG

Im not sure if its up to date, but here you go....:)

That isn't the most recent issue, but differs only in minor things like not having photos showing how to fit Rubber Boots to F Connectors!

ie It's fine! :)

Well, I had a go at setting it up. All went fine until I could not find a satellite. What bothered me is that on my setup at home so many times it only took a few minutes and I had a signal...
In the end it turned out that with the motor set on the correct elevation angle, the dish itself did not have enough range on it's elevation slots, so that the dish could not go down far enough.

In the meantime I lowered the motor angle a tiny bit so that we could get started, but I am thinking of taking an angle grinder to the dish bracket so that it will tilt more downwards.

Did anyone ever had something similar??

Some Dish brackets are reversible: Depending upon which way up you assemble it to the back of the Dish, you get access to a different Elevation scale and a different possible range of movement.

I have inadvertently put one on the wrong way up for my location - and I'm sure I am not alone!

Hmmm thanks for the advice, I will check it. I will post some pictures later this week.

Ta!
