Does anyone know if show sports is obtainable in Manchester with a 3M dish and if so, where can i get one ?

A 3 metre dish in Manchester, where are you intending hiding that, have you not heard of planning permission?

You do not mention which satellite so I assume you mean showtime on 7 West, and no I don't think 3 mtr would be big enough for the Middle Eastern beam in Manchester, but haven't come across anyone who has got planning permission or the space for such a size of dish in Manchester
