Showtime Sport picture freezing

I've recently bought an offical showtime sport package. Since the card was activated last week most of the show sports channels keep freezing after about 30 seconds. Some other guys who also got the package the same time as me of the same dealer are also experiencing the same problem. The sat guy says he does not know what the problem is. Can anyone help please. Thanks
 
What receiver are you using? It sounds like it may be a problem with the CAM.
 
I have an M3 Conax Illusion sat digital reciever
 
It may be that it doesn't like the embedded multicam, does it have a CI slot to insert an Irdeto CAM?
 
No it ain't got A C1 Slot. I might have another box that I can try it on.
