Showtime - WHAT A MESS!

Well I woke up this morning to find showtime and orbit have finally fully merged.

Rescanned my boxes and blimey... the only channels with the same names are show sports 1,2,3,4 the rest have all been renamed!

Now there website (when i finally got on, stating its been to busy all day) has been NO help what so ever!!

Does anyone know what channels are now what? Ideally ones like show comedy extra, show series extra etc etc, the ones that have the football on them?

Thanks for any help! What a nightmare!

Also, it says football is now on Fox sports, I can pick it up... but my card is not decoding it :@
 
Yes same with my card, not opening Fox Sports. Hopefully sorted by the weekend.

I cant pick it up, well not as that anyway...
 
also, is "al sasha" the new show sasha? i cant read the arabic lol

Think the missing are OSN America +2, OSN Comedy+2, OSN Variety, OSN Arabia (although this could be Al Sasha)
 
I think show sasha is now al sasha, as there is prem footy on it on sat
 
I do like the new on screen logo for ShowSports 1,2,3,4 at the top right hand of the tv screen, it looks very moden.

Well, the football fans got out of this easily, they still get all the sports channels :) However, apart from the channels mentioned above, I'm also missing Orbit News 1, Orbit News 2 and also the new HD channels. These are on Atlantic Bird 4A.
 
thats not quite right mate, i need the game on fox sports on sat, and thats not decoding on my official card :(

Also show comedy extra is now "missing" osn comedy+ it should be, that has football on it.

been trying to contact the guy i usually talk to about my card, and who i got it off, but no reply today! grrr

I have Orbit News 1 and 2 on 11373 H 27500

Anyone found the new HD channels that are supposed to be out there.
 
Anyone here on the old Showtime Sports package? We used to get the Showsports channels, ShowShasha, ShowComedy Extra and ShowSeries Extra which really is all I cared to pay for. With the change I still get all sports channels and AlShasha (which yes, is the old ShowShasha). I also managed to get OSN Comedy + but for the life of me can't get ShowSeries to work. Spoke with their customer care twice and was twice told I should be able to get it - anyone on this package viewing the channel correctly?

I am on the sports package mate, cant get fox sports, i cant even see OSN comedy+? :(
 
Hmmmm yeah Fox Sports not working for me either - OSN Comedy + is though. Did you try refreshing the signal? Not that it worked for me! Just curious...
 
I left a message on their website and just got a call back from a very helpful lady. Basically the Fox Sports and ShowMovieKids channels will only be available when a match is on - so even if it's not working for you at the moment it should be viewable when there's a premier league game on. She said my problem with ShowSeries seems to be a mix-up from their end, we're not supposed to get AlShasha on all the time (only during matches as with the channels above), but ShowSeries should be on all the time same as OSN Comedy +.They're meant to be fixing this issue now. Hope this all helps!
 
I can confirm ShowSeries 11862 V,is now back on.
