I have problem with my DB500s lossing signal, every time I have to unplug the power and reconnect again.I am using 8 way LNB , this happen with free channels also. When I connect humax receiver it works fine with no problems. First time I bought my DB500s it was working fine except when I change from one sattlite to the other I would have the message no signal found.
Could you please help in this problem.
