signal problems

My Satellite Setup
dreambox 500-s,e machines wxp

Can someone tell me if bad weather like snow witch were getting right now is stopping my DM 500S FROM picking up satellites 28.2 13.2 19.2

i managed to get 13.2 and it worked for a while but now all channels are gone,
reason I'm asking is i had to re flash my box and set up from scratch.
 
Is there any snow/ice on your LNB face/LNB arm/Dish face?
 
TKS for ur reply i think there maybe some ice on the lnbs iv been tappin the snow of it all day
 
Ok, that's probably the problem as the ice will both block some of the signal and scatter the rest, degrading your Quality.

Spraying with warm water might help in the morning, but if you do it now it'll just freeze up again!

Maybe some De-icer followed by WD40?
