Signal Quality Problems

I have been unable to access anything on Hotbird via my motorised disk
The signal level is 'okish' at 34% but I get 0% signal quality
The signal quality on my other sat's (Astra, Sirius etc is fine)
What is the most likely cause of my problem

mine was at 70% signal 100% quality then it went down to what you get, and it was cus of wind had very slightly disaligned dish
check your alignment basically
