It may not only be this model though
If nobody has mentioned it before, then the tuner inputs 1 and 2 are transposed on the rear panel, not an issue unless you are using just a single LNB / cable (or are in block with just a single run to the apartment), in which case you will get 'no signal' on the OSG.
Just in case you were tempted to go out and check/realign the dish/change LNB/cable etc .
