Single feed set-up..

My Satellite Setup
Normal Sky set-up. Computer is a Dell Inspirion.4GB.
My Location
Cork,Ireland.
Hi again....

I'm having a bit of trouble with My sky + box.....I keep getting "No sat signal is being received" a few times a day. I read on the main Sky site that it could be because I have a single feed into the box. But,,it lists how to go into the menu to switch to a single feed set-up.

This is where I have the problem....When I enter the "secret menu",,I don't have that "single feed" option. I have all the other options,,but not that one..And before anyone asks,,Yes,,I have looked for it..Many times...

Any other way for Me to set the box up for single feed?

Why are you only able to have a single feed ?
 
No,it's not that......I'm using the second feed for a dreambox,(For sports & movies).

I have another cable on the roof still attached to a Ch$r8s aerial,,and I'm waiting to get someone to take it from the aerial,,and connect it to the sat dish. But,,the times as they are,,it'll take Me a while to raise the funds to pay someone to get up on the roof!!

A Christmas aerial?

A Chorus aerial,,as in upc...ntl....etc....
