Unlike other recently deceased famous persons, he was a true gentleman, great manager and someone who I always admired. One thing that stands out is how much dignity this man had...sad day. RIP Sir Bobby!

He was actually an exciting player too - wing half - for England, but clearly became far, far more than that.

Despite his great achievements, first as a player and later as manager, winning many leagues and cups and guiding his national team to within touching distance of the biggest game in world football, I think Sir Bobby will be touched that so many have described him as, quite simply, a kind, warm-hearted and genuinely nice man. It feels like we all know him as one would know a friend, and because of this the loss is more heart felt.

I sincerely hope that when Chelsea and Manchester United meet next Sunday at Wembley, they can put on a show that the great man would have enjoyed.
