Sirius 5.0e problems with PG and Pb channels

i am in Uk, PG and PB channels are gone from my Sirius 5e, i rescanned and reupdate my technomate 1000d and still no luck

Both PB & PG are working fine as normal.

Can you confirm you are receiving other channels on this satellite to eliminate a signal issue. If you are then I would suggest you load the latest softcam.
