Sizes but not weights.

I was looking at DiseqC motors and they mention the maximum dish size but not the weight. Will the weight have much bearing on the performance of the motor.

I'd imagine that eventually weight would be a factor. I guess there's only so much weight that a small motor is able to turn back to zero from say 60E . I chose the Laminas because it wasn't particularly heavy. However the surface area of the dish and subsequent shearing effect of the wind on it is more of a concern.

The weight certainly becomes a factor as the dish travels to the extremities of the arc as the motor labours, plus backlash may become an issue.
