skins with transparency doesn't work!

My Location

Hi

I have tried a lot of skins for my dm500 with gemini 4.6 images

the problem is all skins with transparent backgrounds work good but with solid (no transparency at all) backgrounds!!

anyhelp, i googled million of sites with no accurate solution :-Nooo

OK i did it

for those who don't know:

in System Setting choose OSD Setting and on this screen just press " > " button in remote control to adjust transparency
