Sky 3D Deutschland on 19.2E

I live in Nicosia/Cyprus and after all this mess I am trying to get Sky 3d Deuchland which is on 11332H with no success. My 500hd shows 0db which means the signal is very weak. I used to get this on the previous transponder but now nothing. My dish is 2m. I tried several times to lock the transponder with no success.

Is this transponder so weak, do I need a bigger dish, is there a way that I can boost my signal?

here in Israel we try to get signal also 3.0m in Israel also no signal
